Programme 4 does not accept incomplete documentation

- Photographic record of the installation process
- Invoices with full bank details (cash payments cannot be justified)
Every one of those documents must be in order before submitting the application. A report with insufficient photos, a certificate with inconsistent data, or a handwritten installation note are real grounds for rejection — as stated in the MITMA (Spain's Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility) application guides for Programa 4.
